Loudoun County Absentee Voting

In Loudoun County, registered voters entitled to vote by absentee ballot include, among other reasons:

  • People with a physical disability or illness
  • People who are the primary caretaker of a confined family member

Absentee voting is done through the mail or in person prior to election day by completing an Absentee Ballot Application prior to voting.  Print and sign the form before sending in via mail, email, or fax.

The Loudoun County Office of Elections will offer extended absentee voting hours beginning Monday, October 26 through Friday, October 30 from 8:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays, October 24 and October 31, from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Absentee voting will also be offered at the Senior Center in Cascades, 21060 Whitfield Place, Sterling and Dulles South Multipurpose Center, 24950 Riding Center Drive, South Riding, beginning Monday, October 26 through Friday, October 30, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays, October 24 and October 31, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The last day to vote an absentee ballot in person for the upcoming election is Saturday, October 31, 2015.
