Library Outreach Services
Outreach Services is the traveling branch of the Loudoun County Public Library, serving those who cannot easily access branch libraries by delivering library materials through visits and the Books-By-Mail program.
Librarians bring a full variety of materials including large print books and magazines, DVDs, music CDs, audiobooks – and smiles. Residents choose from a wide selection of genres, ranging from old-time favorites to current best-sellers, and may request items online or with the assistance of the visiting librarians. Either way, the library items are delivered, checked-out and returned by Outreach Services staff.

The Loudoun County Adult Day Care Center in Leesburg is a Virginia state-licensed day care. Limited door to door transportation, depending on availability and location, is available to and from the center in Leesburg to the Leesburg, Sterling and Ashburn areas.
Carver Adult Day Center
Carver is a charming and historic center located in beautiful Purcellville. We serve those 55 and better from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday and offer programming for all ages weekday afternoons and on Saturdays.

Dulles South Senior Activity Center
The Dulles South Senior Activity Center is within the Dulles South Multipurpose Center in the South Riding area.
This center offers a daily noon meal and a variety of educational and recreational classes and activities. Currently, bus transportation is provided for independent seniors ages 55 and over who live in the South Riding area. If you have questions, please call 571-258-3883. Virginia Regional Transit may provide transportation to those outside of the transportation zone.
