Jessica has been in the senior service industry for 7 years and says she has a special place in her heart for hospice and palliative care patients. She has served on the Loudoun Senior Interest Network board for 2 1/2 years, most recently transitioning from Vice President to President. She is a native of Loudoun County, lives in Leesburg, VA with her fiance and enjoys wineries and fostering dogs.
Vice President: Pam Reynolds
Allegiance Home Care
Pam Reynolds, LSIN’s Vice President, has spent her entire career in senior care including long term care facilities and home health care. She is certified as both a certified Geriatric Care Manager and Licensed Assisted Living Administrator. In 2013 she opened Allegiance with the primary goal of providing support and guidance to seniors and families to help them make the care decisions that are best for each individual situation, assisting them to age in place whenever possible in a happy and healthy way!

The Compounding Center & Medical Supplies
Chris has been providing home medical equipment and supplies to seniors at the Compounding Center for over 20 years. He recently has become more active in the Loudoun Senior Interest Network (LSIN) as a board member in 2015 and now serves as the Treasurer for the group. He is eager to develop and support new ideas that allow seniors within Loudoun County find ways to help them live easier and independently.

Community Relations Director
I have been working in this industry for 8 years. With a background in social work, I have worked in both skilled nursing and hospice care. I am currently the Community Relations Director at The Tribute at One Loudoun. I have lived in Loudoun County my entire life, and now live in Lovettsville with my husband and two sons.
Board Member: Toni Reinhart
Toni started her first Comfort Keepers office in September of 2001 and now owns four offices serving Arlington County through Loudoun County. Comfort Keepers is a licensed, in-home care company providing companionship, personal care, skilled nursing and geriatric care management services. Toni serves on the Loudoun Senior Interest Network Board, the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce’s Healthy Wellness Committee, and runs the annual Senior Spelling Bee Spell-Off to raise funds for local charities.
Board Member: Jaime Centrone
Jaime Centrone has worked in the healthcare and senior care industry for over 16 years. In 2007, she Co-Founded SenCura out of her continued passion for seniors and her desire to become more active in the community. SenCura is an in-home care company that provides companion and respite services throughout the entire Northern Virginia area (Arlington, Loudoun, Fairfax and Prince William counties). Jaime Centrone is Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and has been a member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors since 2011. As an advocate for seniors, Ms. Centrone feels it is important to keep on top of industry standards and continuously attends educational seminars and conferences. Jaime has served on Loudoun Senior Interest Network Board since 2012.

Eric moved to Northern Virginia in 2015 after completing his education at Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, PA. After a personal experience with Alzheimer’s Disease, Eric now works to help those with dementia and their caregivers receive the care, education, and support they need. Eric is also a member of the Northern Virginia Dementia Care Consortium. In his free time, Eric enjoys staying active as well as exploring the great food and wine Loudoun County has to offer.

Chris brings more than twenty years of experience as a successful small business owner to the senior care market. He works closely with seniors and their families to find senior living solutions tailored to their needs including helping them decide between assisted living or in-home care options, developing creative answers to safety concerns, and accessing social services and other critical resources. He is the immediate past president of LSIN for two terms and adds tremendous value to our non-profit organization. Chris is an active member of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce and his office is in Lansdowne. He is a native of the Northern Virginia/Washington DC area, a University of Richmond and George Mason University alumni and resides locally with his wife of 26 years and two beautiful teenage girls.

Betsy Sue Scott, LSIN Legal Counsel, focuses her practice in the areas of guardianships/conservatorships, wills, trusts, and estates. She works with seniors and their families and caregivers to build a secure environment for aging under the many different circumstances they face. She is the Immediate Past President of the Virginia Women Attorneys Association. She chaired the Fairfax Bar Association’s CLE Committee and Elder Law Sections for two terms and is a member of the Loudoun County Bar Association’s Circuit Court Committee and Clerk of the Court’s team and the Northern Neck Bar.
