Pam Reynolds, LSIN’s President, has spent her entire career in senior care including long term care facilities and home health care. She is certified as both a certified Geriatric Care Manager and Licensed Assisted Living Administrator. In 2013 she opened Allegiance with the primary goal of providing support and guidance to seniors and families to help them make the care decisions that are best for each individual situation, assisting them to age in place whenever possible in a happy and healthy way!

A Family Tie
A long time senior care advocate, Peggy Breda has been in the senior living industry for 24 years. She has opened and managed several Assisted Living Communities in both Maryland and Virginia and is a licenced Assisted Living Administrator and Certified Director of Assisted Living (CDAL). Now the owner and President of A Family Tie, LLC, she uses her years of experience to help families find the perfect senior living option for their unique needs.

Move In Coordinator
Crystal has been working in the elder care industry for over 8 years. With a background in social work, she has worked in both skilled nursing and hospice care. She is currently the Move In Coordinator at Waltonwood Ashburn. She has lived in Loudoun County her entire life and lives in Lovettsville with her husband and three sons.

Pegasus Financial Group
In 2007 he started Pegasus Financial Group, a Financial Life Management Firm, where the client-advisor relationship is focused solely on the client’s needs, goals, and dreams. A primary area of focus is Life Planning for the Aging. He is passionate about providing solutions for aging parents, seniors, or interested caregivers, that focus on proactive planning by incorporating housing options, health concerns, lifestyle preferences, and legacy wishes, while encouraging personal decisions, and reducing burdens to loved ones.

Jessica has been in the senior service industry for 8 years and says she has a special place in her heart for hospice and palliative care patients. She has served on the LSIN board since 2014, most recently as the President. She is a native of Loudoun County, lives in Leesburg, VA with her husband and enjoys wineries and fostering dogs.

Loudoun County Area Agency on Aging
Lesley manages the Area Agency on Aging’s (AAA) family caregiver support program, disease prevention and health promotion programs, outreach efforts, and elder abuse prevention activities. Lesley is passionate about improving the quality of life of older adults by creating environments of dignity, respect, and empowerment. Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, she has lived in Loudoun County since 2010.
Legal Counsel: Betsy Sue Scott
Law Office of Betsy Sue Scott
Betsy Sue Scott, LSIN Legal Counsel, is a principal of the Law Office of Betsy Sue Scott and focuses her practice in the areas of guardianships/conservatorships, wills, trusts, and estates. She works with seniors and their families and caregivers to build a secure environment for aging under the many different circumstances they face. She is a Past President of the Virginia Women Attorneys Association and chaired the Fairfax Bar Association’s CLE Committee and Elder Law Section for two terms. She is also a member of the Loudoun County Bar Association’s Circuit Court Committee and Clerk of the Court’s team and the Northern Neck Bar.
