Natalie began her career at Golden Living Center Rose Hill in Berryville, VA, as a Social Services Assistant and Admissions Coordinator. She joined American Healthcare in 2011 as Admissions Director at Heritage Hall in Leesburg, later serving as Marketing Director and Administrator in Training, earning her nursing home administrator license after a two-year program. In July 2015, Natalie became Census Development Director and was promoted to Vice President of Census Development in January 2019. During the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, she acted as interim administrator, then permanent administrator in Leesburg, before becoming Regional Vice President of Operations for the North Region in 2022, overseeing Heritage Hall locations in Leesburg, Front Royal, King George, and Lexington.
Natalie currently serves on various committees and boards for both VHCA and AHCA. Most recently she was appointed to the Advocacy Subcommittee of the AHCA Political Action and Involvement Committee (PAIC). Through this role Natalie helps represent the interests of long-term care providers and the senior population at a national level. The PAIC supports the advocacy priorities of the AHCA Government Relations team through grassroots engagement, political action initiatives, and efforts to strengthen awareness of key issues impacting the long-term care profession. Her involvement helps ensure the voices of long-term care providers, residents, and families are represented.
