Alana is a National Board Certified and Licensed Acupuncturist and Tai Chi instructor in Leesburg, VA. Graduated from Virginia University of Integrative Medicine with Masters in Acupuncture and Certificate in Chinese Herbology. She entered field of acupuncture looking for natural ways to help people with their health problems. Alana uses an individualized approach with each patient and takes time to understand the nature of their ailment.  She values the choices patients make in their daily lives and believes in the connection between healthy eating, exercise, and emotional well-being. Optimal health can be achieved by building a bridge between Eastern and Western Medicine and Alana's treatments focus on both without undermining power of either.
