About Our Speakers
Jeff McNeil graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2002.
His background includes balance and vestibular research at the Arizona Motion and Balance Laboratory. He incorporates his interests in fitness, nutrition, and psychology with his expertise in orthopedic outpatient therapy, neurological rehabilitation, acute care, home health physical therapy, and cardiopulmonary training.
He has studied a variety of manual therapy practices, including Australian, North American, and Northern European schools, and received his Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT) from the Ola Grimsby Institute.
In addition, he is a certified Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) Running Coach and a certified Lifestyle Coach for the Centers for Disease Control National Diabetes Prevention Program.
Tracy McNeil received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duquesne University in 2006. She has over 15 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, and home health therapy. She received her Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT) from the Ola Grimsby Institute in 2009 and became a certified Lifestyle Coach for the Centers for Disease Control National Diabetes Prevention Program in 2018.
Together, Jeff and Tracy opened Simpatico Physical Therapy, Health, and Wellness in late 2021.
Their literal “mom and pop” practice is focused on creating holistic care plans to address health barriers and empower individuals for the independent management of health and wellness.
They offer physical therapy, chronic illness management, guided exercise programs, diabetes prevention education, running coaching, and weight loss coaching.
The clinic is located in Sterling, VA in the Cascades neighborhood, where they both reside and are active in the community.
