President: Pam Reynolds, The Aging Authority, Founder

Early in Pam’s career, she developed a strong leadership capacity in caring for the aging population, which included management of senior living residences and founding Allegiance Home Care, a company with a mission to enable older adults to age in place by providing quality, supportive in-home assistance.

Early on, Pam discovered that she has a strong tendency toward advocacy and a passion for addressing the unfortunate and often preventable predicaments older adults face. Currently, Pam is nurturing this passion by studying the legal processes that can help halt the cycle.
