Vendors may register starting January 2, 2008 by completing our
two-page
Registration form, which may be
downloaded and printed, or you may request one via
email.

- Check-in Procedure
Thank you for exhibiting at the 11th Annual Loudoun Senior Interest Network Senior Expo on May 8, 2008.
Vendor Check in Time: 2:00 pm -- (please do not arrive too early, the church also serves as a school and we don’t want to interfere with the children’s lunch time)
Where: Vendor check-in is around the side of the church, please follow the signs we will
have posted. There is a loading dock to help make your unloading and loading
easier. You might find it easier to pull up to the loading dock and check in
before you park. We will have a welcome packet for you and directions to your
table. For safety reasons -- Please do not bring boxes or supplies through the
front door.
Please keep in mind that the hospital wellness vans will be parked in front of the church, so we are requesting that vendors park along the sides of the church. Thank you for your cooperation on this.
Vendor Hospitality: We will have directions to the vendor refreshments at your arrival.
Electrical outlets: These will not be available, again, for safety reasons. We are sorry if this creates an inconvenience for anyone.

- Advertising in the Resource Directory/Program
The program book is 8 1/2” X 11” and will have a full-color cover. All advertisements and inside printing will be black and
white only. This piece is intended as a resource for seniors and
their families to keep as a referral source.
Prices:
- Full Page (8 ½” X 11”) - $500
- ½ Page - $250
- ¼ Page - $200
- Back Cover – Full Color - $3,000

Deadline for artwork: April 18, 2008.
- Door prizes such as a floral arrangement, gift item or
certificate from your own or a local business such as a restaurant or food
store, etc., are appreciated. Door prizes will be given out each half
hour during the event. If you are able to provide a door prize, please bring
it to the Registration Desk upon your arrival.
